Job Summary:

Essential Functions

  • The server can take orders and handle all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques.
  • In addition to the performance of the vital functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of other supportive parts, as determined by any F&B Manager based on the particular requirements of the Inn.
  •  Other duties include cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.
 
Physical Demands:
An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The employee is frequently expected to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs comfortably, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms; requires the ability to lift products and supplies of up to 50 pounds occasionally. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
